Each session is scored against the 5 steps of the Bridge Method: Camera, Story, Weight, Bridge, and Path. The Bridge step carries extra weight (30%) because it's the critical moment that transforms feedback into dialogue. You get specific feedback on what you did well and what to improve.

Can my team admin see my conversations?

Accepted Answer

No. Team admins see aggregate team data (average scores, step performance trends) but never individual session transcripts. Your practice conversations are private.

Do credits expire?

No. Once you purchase a credit pack, those credits are yours to use whenever you want.

Who can see my practice sessions?

Accepted Answer

Only you. Your sessions are protected by row-level security in the database. Not even our team can access individual transcripts without a direct database query with elevated permissions.
