Terms of Service

Last updated: April 6, 2026

1. The service

The Bridge Method ("the Service") is an AI-powered conversation practice tool for workplace situations, operated by Fail Coach LTD ("we", "us"). It is designed for practice and skill development only. It is not a substitute for professional HR, legal, psychological, or medical advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person per account — sharing login credentials is not permitted. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a free trial of up to 75 practice sessions over 3 months, with a daily limit of 5 sessions per day. After the trial ends (whichever limit is reached first), you can purchase credit packs to continue using the Service. Trial terms may change for future users.

4. Credit packs and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases that grant a specific number of practice sessions. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Refund policy: Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you have not used any credits from a pack, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase for a good-faith refund consideration.

Credits are purchased at the account level. If you are on a team, the team admin purchases credits and all team members draw from the shared pool.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create during practice sessions, including your conversation inputs and any notes you make. We store this content to provide session history, scoring, and progress tracking.

AI-generated responses, scoring feedback, and scorecards are generated by the Service and are provided for your personal use. You may reference or share your scores and badges.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Service or use it for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate AI prompts or scoring rubrics
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
  • Deliberately attempt to produce harmful, abusive, or offensive content through the AI

7. Teams

Team admins are responsible for managing their team membership and credit purchases. Team admins can view aggregate team performance data but cannot access individual members’ conversation transcripts. By inviting someone to your team, you grant them access to the shared credit pool.

8. AI-generated content disclaimer

The AI personas, responses, and feedback are generated for practice purposes. While we design scenarios from real-world patterns, AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unhelpful. Scoring reflects alignment with the Bridge Method framework, not an absolute measure of communication quality. Do not treat AI-generated feedback as professional advice.

9. Intellectual property

The Bridge Method framework, scoring rubrics, scenario designs, and AI persona configurations are proprietary to Fail Coach. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the methodology or Service without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: outcomes of real-world conversations practiced in the app, decisions made based on AI feedback, or any business losses.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. Unused credits are not refundable upon termination for Terms violations.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
